Workout of the Day 8/28/09

Run

Distance: 5 miles
Pace: miles 1-3 = recovery; 3-4 = Tempo, 4-5 = Recovery
Surface: mixed, hard pack trail, asphalt and concrete bike path
Elevation: mostly flat.

Basically, an easy run but with a mile of up-pace running to get the legs churning for a bit.
