w/u: Jumping Jack x40, misc loosening up, Tricep Dips x20, Air Squats x20

Run 3.25 miles
Pace: Run 2nd half at least 30 seconds faster per mile than 1st half
Elevation: Flat
Surface: Mixed: Hard pack trail, asphalt and concrete bike path.
