Work Out of the Day (7/11/09)

Warm up: Jump Rope x100, misc loosening up.

4 rounds

-Squats with 22.5lbs medicine ball, x20 reps (for speed)
-Ab Crunches x15
-Standing, barbell, Overhead Press x10 reps (what ever weight you can do 10 reps with).
