--Jump-Rope 3-5 minutes to warm-up + misc Stretching
--Overhead Squat x3 sets, 15r each, w/bar
--Push ups x3 sets AMRAP
--Crunches x2, AMRAP
--Leg Raises x1, AMRAP
AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible
