Workout of the Day 9/07/09

w/u: jog for 5 minutes, misc loosening up.

4 rounds:

Burpee x15
Run: 0.25 mile
-After last run, walk for 1:30, then do a 5th 0.25 mile sprint.
Rest as needed, the goal is to get through the routine as quickly as possible.

This is a modified CrossFit routine.
